1. GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
The Sangam Silks ships to all major pin codes within India. Whether you order a delicate Pure Handloom saree or a durable Semi-Pure suit, we ensure it is packed securely to reach you in perfect condition.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

• Orders Above ₹1,299: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with a total value exceeding INR 1,299.

• Orders Below ₹1,299: A standard shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and location of the delivery.

3. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

• Delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-8 business days.

  • Remote Locations: 7-12 business days.

• Note: In the event of festivals, natural disasters, or courier strikes, delays may occur.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after the tracking number is generated.

5. NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

6. TAMPERED PACKAGES
Please do not accept the package if it appears to be tampered with, torn, or unsealed. Please inform our customer support immediately at +91 6392057468 if a package arrives damaged.
